As a Shift Lead, you help keep everything running smoothly—supporting your team, guiding the customer experience, and stepping up when it matters most.
Lead the Floor
Take control of the retail space during your shift, direct team members, manage flow, and ensure customers are being engaged, not ignored.
Drive Performance
Set the tone for sales. Coach associates in real-time, step in when needed, and make sure every interaction moves toward the right product or solution.
Own the Customer Experience
Make sure every guest feels welcomed, helped, and confident in their purchase. You don’t wait for problems. You solve them before they happen.
Run Operations Smoothly
Oversee checkout accuracy, open & close registers, manage the rental counter, and ensure all processes are followed correctly and efficiently.
Maintain Standards
Keep the store clean, stocked, and professional at all times. You notice what others miss and fix it immediately.
Leadership Presence
You’re confident, decisive, and capable of guiding others—especially in fast-paced or high-pressure moments.
Accountability
When you’re on shift, results are your responsibility. You take ownership of both wins and problems.
High Energy & Stamina
Able to stay active for ~9 hours and lift up to 35 lbs.
Strong Communication
Clear, direct, and professional with both customers and team members.
Experience or Readiness to Lead
Previous retail or leadership experience preferred—or a clear ability to step into a leadership role quickly.
Reliability
Available for weekends and able to consistently show up ready to perform.
