GENERAL INFORMATION:

Operation Swift Hammer is set in a 3rd World Country where a Peacekeeping Force (BLUEFOR), a Cartel that traffics illicit substances (OPFOR), and the local civilian populace (CIVILIANS), are all existing together with goals and aspirations that may or may not conflict. This event will have a focus on role-playing, with an organized militant aspect for BLUEFOR and OPFOR, and more free flowing experience for the CIVILIANS, similar to our REV and Wild West series of events.

CIVLIANS: The goal of the CIVILIAN faction is free flowing, borrowing aspects from our REV & Wild West series of events. Individual civilian players may have different goals, and there will be a cadre of ROLEPLAYERS that are based in and around the CIVILIAN areas that the CIVILIAN players can interact with and complete tasks for. CIVILIAN players will be able to achieve ACHIEVMENT COINS, and if a player receives all achievement coins, they will be able to get a VICTORY COIN at the end of the event. More information will be delivered closer to the event.
Faction Facebook groups will be going up Friday the 24th of September, and will be accessible ONLY for those confirmed registered for their faction.

GENERAL RULES:

Age Restrictions: Players MUST be 18 Years old or older to play at Operation Swift Hammer.
Semi Auto Only for Rifles, SMGs, DMRs, Pistols, & Sniper Rifles
Full Auto is permitted for qualifying support weapons such as LMGs, MMGs, and other real world equivalents (M27, RPK, etc.)
Medic Rules will be different than regular gameplay, with each player being issued a fake Tourniquet. When a player is shot, they may have a fake tourniquet applied as a form of ‘Buddy Aid’. If the same player is shot again and has no remaining tourniquets (see point 5), they MUST consume a water bottle from the Platoon Medic or Platoon Squad First Responder (SFR). IF a shot player cannot consume a medic water, they must wait in place until a Medic or SFR reaches them, OR they may return to their respective FOB where there will be a designated casualty collection point (CCP)
IF a player wears WEIGHTED armor & a WEIGHTED helmet (either real body armor or training plates, etc.), They will be issued TWO fake tourniquets. IF a player DOES NOT have weighted armor and a weighted helmet, they will receive only ONE fake tourniquet. IF a player scales down from wearing weighted armor and a weighted helmet to a chest rig, they MAY NOT use two fake tourniquets again until they don both pieces of weighted armor.
WHEN a player is shot, they MAY NOT move under their own power. Friendly players must do an assisted move, such as dragging or having the shot player lean on the live player.
Shot Civilians rely on the same Tourniquet/Medic Water system as other players, but will also have between 1-3 COMMUNITY RESPAWN points on the field that they can use in lieu of returning to a CCP. Civilians are unable to have two fake tourniquets, as they are unable to wear body armor (plate carriers or helmets).
COMMUNITY RESPAWN points MAY be used by players from BLUEFOR or OPFOR if those players are in civilian clothing for low visibility operations.
