$850 Private Game Rentals are available for up to 5 hours, beginning no later than 12:00 PM as we close at 5:00 PM. Available Monday-Friday
a. The outdoor tables and covered connex pods in the staging area will be available for your group's staging needs. Restrooms and a shop are available on-site in the warehouse.
b. Staff members will be available to run gameplay, and to staff our staging area/pro shop during your stay.
c. With this package, 18 Rentals are included. Any BBs needed and additional rentals beyond 18 will be an extra charge. An initial allotment of approximately 10,000 bb’s will be given.
d. If you need more than 5 hours, each additional hour will incur an additional $100 charge.
e. The maximum number of players is 18 (More players can be admitted for an additional $35 per player)
f. A non-refundable down payment of 20% of the rental cost is due upon securement of the date. Rescheduling your private day can be done with 48-hour notice and barring any other scheduling conflicts.
