Description
The cruise ship Aurora Explorer, a marvel of modern luxury, met its doom in the icy waters off a remote Alaskan island when it collided with an uncharted reef during a freak storm. Chaos erupted as passengers scrambled for safety, only to find the lifeboats jammed and useless. The ship groaned and tilted, forcing everyone to leap into the frigid sea. Clinging to debris and each other, they fought the waves until the surf carried them to the island’s desolate shores. Exhausted and drenched, the survivors stumbled onto the rocky beach, surrounded by dark forests and jagged peaks. With no signal and no sign of help, they scoured their soggy belongings and the scattered wreckage for supplies. Desperation turned to determination as they built fires, gathered driftwood for shelters, and rationed what little food and water they had salvaged.
As the sun dipped below the horizon, an unnatural chill settled over the island. A strange unease prickled the backs of their necks. Then came the first scream. From the tree line, a shifting, shadowy figure emerged, its movements impossibly fluid. It struck silently, dragging its prey into the darkness without a trace. Panic rippled through the group as the survivors huddled together. The firelight cast flickering shadows that seemed to taunt them, offering no comfort.
