This is not an airsoft event. Airsoft guns are NOT permitted.
Age Restrictions Bellow, This event dose not contain blood, gore, and evil things. 

 

Participants must arrive before the briefing, arrivals after the briefing WILL NOT be introduced to gameplay late.

Flight BA-3327 Crashes on a desolate island with only a handful of fellow survivors, you face the chilling reality of an encroaching night fraught with peril. As darkness descends, the island's sinister secret emerges: deep within its dense, uncharted interior lies a clandestine Military Observation post, built to monitor the terrifying creatures that awaken after sundown. These nightmarish beings, hidden from daylight and hungry for the unwary, will relentlessly hunt the crash survivors. With the nightfall, you must navigate through the island’s treacherous terrain, find shelter, and unravel the post's dark mysteries if you hope to endure until dawn.

REFUNDS: Ballahack Airsoft event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled. 

TRANSFERS: Event tickets are transferable.

CAMPING: Camping is not permitted. No RV's, campers, car camping, or tents are permitted. 

Field Setup: Players will NOT be allowed on the field prior to the event (The Day Before, or the day of) to setup structures, encampments, or the likes of. 

 

ALL PLAYERS MUST MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS BELLOW. FAILURE TO WILL RESULT IN EXPULSION FROM THE EVENT

Refund Policy & Ticket Transfers

TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Ticket Transfers will be permitted for the year of 2024. Ticket Transfers will be permitted up until a week before an event after which ticket transfers will not be available. Individuals selling tickets for more than the event cost will have their tickets refunded and barred from the event.

To Transfer A Ticket:

  1. Once a customer purchases a ticket, they will receive a ticket notification email with the link to access their ticket. You will need to go to this email.
  2. Click on view your ticket, and you will be sent to your ticket page.
  3. To transfer the ticket you can enter the name and email address of the person to whom the ticket will be transferred then click on"Update Ticket Details."
  4. Once you click on Update Ticket Detail ticket will show that it is no longer valid showing the email address where the ticket was transferred to and when it was transferred. 
  5. All Information applied to the ticket for the new attendee must be accurate and must have all terms agreed upon before arrival to the event. Failure to agree to the terms or provide inaccurate information will delay your processing time.

After this point, your ticket is no longer in your possession. We recommend that you only transfer tickets to people that you know. Ballahack Airsoft will not be involved in 3rd Party Sales, so it is important that ensure that you are buying a ticket from a reputable source.

Event Specific Rules

Safety Rules

This is NOT an Airsoft Event

This event is not an Airsoft event, you will not need eyepro. Participants cannot bring their Airsoft Guns to the field this day. Leave them at Home.

Know Yourself and Know your Limits

Fear is an experience that is both Physically and Mentally demanding. You will likely accidently trip. You will be scared and will likely deal with high stress situations during the experience. Players that become over emotional or are beyond their limits are to exit the experience immediately. It's important that you understand your boundaries before registering for this event as their are very few experiences like this event.

Physical Contact

Players cannot have physical contact with other players outside the rules the game provides. (We are not talking about holding hands with your friends) Physical and Verbal Aggression involuntary and or voluntary is not permitted!

Know your surroundings

This event will take place predominantly at night. There are lots of roots, rocks, and holes that are easy for you trip over. We recommend that you wear closed toed shoes with ankle support.

Players are not permitted to climb or swim at any point.

Conduct

Fear is a unique experience; there are very few events that come close to creating an environment akin to Fear. Many trying situations might arise from this game however all players are expected to behave in a mature, friendly manner, even when the game gets intense. Any instances of verbal or physical aggression are grounds for immediate banning from the field.

Event Rules

Field Guides

Field Guides are the supreme authority on the field. They are present to maintain a safe and fun environment. Disobeying, disrespecting, and/or arguing with a marshal is strictly prohibited. Field marshals must be informed of any violations of field or game rules.FIELD GUIDES MUST BE INFORMED IMMEDIATELY OF ANY FIELD EMERGENCY SITUATIONS.

Roleplayers

There will be Admin-designated roleplayers in the game. Roleplayers are included in gameplay to enrich player experience. Players are encouraged to interact with roleplayers.

Your Life

Survivors are issued a Glow Necklace. Survivors are not permitted to hide or obscure this necklace. it must be worn on-top of your clothing.

When your necklace is removed from your body, you have been eliminated and are required to immediately vacate the play area back to the parking lot. Once in the parking area, you must notify the staff.
You only have one life. Use it wisely.

Physical Contact

Players will be hunted in the game from an unknown force. It is that entitys job to remove your glow necklace. Similar to flag football, there will be physical contact between you and that entity. You cannot use other participants as human shields or hold those participants to an area

Survive

The way to win is to survive. You will accomplish this by following the Instructions provide to you at the Briefing Day of.

Leaving The Play Area


Players should only leave the play are if they need to use the restroom. Players are not permitted into the parking lot for any other reasons. Going to the parking area for any other reason will result in forfeiture of your Glow Necklace.

Items

You will find items during the experience that will range from gameplay items to snacks and drinks. You are not permitted to steal items from another player.

Teamwork

Fear is an event that will require you to work with your peers to survive, come to the event with this attitude.

This event is Fun and will be an experience for you to remember. Come expecting a great time and have an awesome attitude.

Age Restrictions

Ages 13+

Players 13-15 are required to have a Guardian playing the game with them. Guardians are required to attend the experience with them as a player, this means the Guardian also needs a ticket. During the registration process you will asked to provide this information.

Players 16+
are able to attend the experience with no restrictions.

Dress Code & Prohibited Items

Fear takes place on a remote island where you have crash-landed, as such players are expected to look and act the part. Players should come dressed for the Weather and should come dressed in what people would typically fly in. Your regular streetwear garb will suffice. Do not come in camo, flight suits, or any other unrelated cosplays. If you have to ask, it probably is not the items to wear. The only items you will need is your phone, wallet, keys and any medical devices if needed.Items will be lootable on the field for you to find and use. Unlike other events we host (Wild, Fertile Crescent, Revelations) you do not need to bring any items for this event.

Players MUST wear closed-toed shoes or boots. We strongly recommend you wear footwear with ankle support.

Ballahack Airsoft reserves the right to deny players if their kit does not match the atmosphere.

Participants must dress appropriately for the family-friendly event and should not be only wearing undergarments.

  6. Pants (Jeans, Cargo Pants, Slacks, Leggings)
  7. Shoes or Boots (Required)

Equipment

Please don't bring any equipment with you. This includes but is not limited to Backpacks, knives, multi-tools, hand tools, lighters, noise-making devices, and radios.

Players will have to go through a Ballahack Transportation Security Administration checkpoint before boarding flight 3327.

If you do not match the requirements, you will not be part of the experience.

  11. No Thunder B's or any other noise-making device
  12. No Backpacks

  14. Chest Rigs
